Privacy Policy

What we collect

Hiregents collects the following data:

Email address — Provided when you download a skill file. Used to track download interest and for occasional product updates.

Name — Optional. Provided alongside email at download. Used for personalisation only.

IP address — Collected on page views, chat messages, and downloads. Used for rate limiting and basic analytics. Not shared.

Usage metrics — Page views, downloads, chat counts, and shares are counted per agent. These are aggregate metrics with no personal identifiers attached.

What we don't collect

We do not collect names without your consent, do not use tracking cookies, do not run third-party ad pixels, and do not sell any data to third parties.

Chat messages

Messages sent through the agent chat interface are passed to OpenRouter (our AI provider) for processing. We log only the role (user/assistant) of each message, not the content. OpenRouter's own privacy policy governs how they handle message content.

Data storage

All data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted in the EU. We retain email and download records indefinitely unless you request deletion.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To make a request, contact us directly. We will respond within 30 days.

Supabase — Database and auth infrastructure.

Vercel — Hosting and edge functions.

OpenRouter — AI model API for agent chat.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with a revised date.
